“Used Park amdFly before here and never had any problems. This time got an email day before asking if we wanted to upgrade for£7.50. Whilst no issue previously with bus shuttle etc was so much easier being right on airport car park. 2 seconds to terminal walking. Defo use again both upgrade or no upgrade. Used several times and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Much b”

“I have used Park and Fly for many years and they provide an excellent service particularly the shuttle which is prompt and timely. On return, the shuttle drops you right next to your car. I cannot fault their service.”

“Collection at the airport on our return trip was poor. Ended up walking,dragging two suitcases after waiting 20 minutes . Surely Park and Fly must have realized the large number of people returning from holiday and required collection. They should have had more buses working at that time of the day”

“I have used this service several times before and had no issue! This time round I had been dropped off and pick up from the airport fine, however, when I returned to pick up my car I had two front flat tyres and my inner door light was broke. I asked for help off the staff members to blow up my tyres to a certain point so I could take it to a garage however they said they couldn’t help me and walked off. I was alone and had a 1.5 hour car journey home and I was struggling! Luckily after 45 minutes two very nice people actually helped me blow up my tyres whilst THREE members off staff all stood and watched me struggle. I’m upset this has happened and I will not be using this service again.”
