“On Saturday 6th December I had to walk from Newcastle Airport to the Park & Fly as no bus arrived ; I asked why. My flight from Dublin had been wrongly recorded as Ryanair. On Arrival at 0615 on 5th I told the office staff the carrier was Air Lingus. I phone number on the voucher would help Previous service has been excellent. Leeds Bradford Sentinel are better”

“Have used this company for many years, find it easy to book with very good price and always find the staff very helpful at all times be in on reception or the drivers. Always found bus to be there on time when you arrive and driver always helpful in lifting luggage.”

“I have used Park & Fly 1/3 times every year since 12005 and cannot fault them in anyway. A most profession company, efficient - friendly - and always on time to meet you on return to Newcastle International Airport. I know that my car is safe and well looked after. “Very quick and easy system, from dropping off car, straight onto mini bus and dropped off outside airport. The same on return. We went to pick up point and the buss arrived within minutes, dropping us right beside our car.”

“Have used Newcastle park and fly on several ocasants excellent service the only thing this time I never got asked if I wanted my car vallated while I was away perhaps this service is no longer available”

“Parked up, walked into the hut, was greeted by name, handed over my keys, was given a ticket stub, got into a minibus and was driven to the door of the airport. Was then told to come back to a particular busstop upon my return and I'd be picked up and taken back to the carpark. Few days later I flew back, got picked up, was given my keys and drove off. Sorted!”

“As a lady travelling alone very early in the morning, park and fly was great. I drove up to the office, handed my keys over and climbed aboard the minibus - 4 minutes later I was dropped outside the terminal. It was just as easy on my return journey. I waited 2 minutes at the bus stop for the minibus, collected my keys from the office and was on my way home within 10 mins of exiting the terminal. Easy peasy - and I felt very safe!”
