Hi Rob, thank you for your feedback. I am glad to hear that NXPowerLite is working well for you. With regard to the Upgrade Assurance subscription, this is clearly highlighted in the shopping cart and is optional. If purchased the subscription renewal can be cancelled at any time, without the risk of missing out on any upgrades issued within the Upgrade Assurance term. We contact all customers prior to the renewal date giving notice that a renewal payment will be processed, and again there is the option to cancel immediately without affecting the Upgrade Assurance term. We have already received and processed your subscription cancellation, so your Upgrade Assurance will run to November 2020 and will not renew automatically. “I had Neuxpower for years, loved it! My dell computer crushed with a mandated update. Along with that my program. When I tried to reload and shrink a document it said I could not shrink a Windows 2010 document. Was told via email about Mycompress program. Went to the web site loaded it moved my file to it and wow it worked perfectly. I cannot thank you enough for the program. I sure wish I could get a hard copy of the program/disc, as they update every 30 days and everyone I know have computers that crash. Thanks to all on your team for a super product! Greg”

You are welcome to reinstall NXPowerLite as your licence is perpetual, however if you have upgraded to a new PC and the current version of MS Office you may need to upgrade your NXPowerLite software to ensure it is compatible. “NXPowerLite is an easy-to-use and effective tool to compress files while maintaining original image quality; this makes sharing pictures and documents via email and social media much faster and easier. I have been using NXPowerLite for almost seven years - it was good from the beginning and it gets better with each new release because they listen to suggestions from users. I've never had a problem with the program but I have contacted customer support a few times with operational and workflow questions and they have always been prompt and professional with their responses.”

“Excellent support! Very useful product! maybe need better advertising as i never heard and actually luckily founded by mistake-so happy now because i struggle to split files to email size then to merge them again and there was no way to do it for PowerPoint etc. Simply i want t say THANK YOU to all your team and especially to Emma Volante! “I've had the program for a short time and have reduced 1.6 gigabytes of space when finished should be able to free up 14.6 gigabytes of space. No problems so far.”

“I need to send by e-mail a mixed file type, pdf, docx, xlsx, dwg, jpeg etc. Used to zip files individually, initially needing to be unzipped by the recipient until self extracting files became the norm. Tried some compression programmes but NXPowerlite did all I needed to do without me having to take extra steps. I forwarded my e-mails as normal and the files were collectively and automatically zipped and sent in one click. There was always the option not to send a zipped file. Have been using the programme for some time now without problems. Other programmes tried before using NXPowerlite come nowhere to ease of use and file compression. Some file types compress more than others, but that was the same with other programmes. I can recommend NXPowerlite, it addresses my needs brilliantly.”

“I frequently produce large pdf documents and drawings which need to be emailed to clients. This software is quick and easy to use, but more importantly reduces files down in size without any major loss in quality. The only improvement I could suggest is the ability to combine pdf files into a single document, but apart from that this is a great piece of software.”

“I have 20+ years worth of lectures and research material in a form of either PDFs, PPTs or JPGs. They take a lot of space and from time to time I need to send something as an email attachment as well. I’ve tried compressing the stuff with several other tools, but there was a visible loss of quality, and what I needed was a smaller file but without pixelating all images as they are not a mere embellishment. I’ve tried Neuxpower and achieved satisfactory results. Happy to recommend the software.”

“I could spare a lot of space on my hdd using a functionality where you can rewrite the compressed file on the same position of the original file. In addition you can add a whole folder or several folder at the same moment. That's a fantastic!”
