“Excellent service. Placed an order on Sunday, received goods Tuesday. Unfortunately I had to return the dress due to it not fitting, and received my refund within 2-3 days of returning the item via registered post.”

“First time ordering from pilot and very happy with the overall experience. Got some decent clobber and the site is super easy to navigate. Ordered 2 pairs of Replay denim shorts on the thursday afternoon and received my order Friday morning using next day delivery option. Will definitely use Pilot again!! Thank you ✌🏻”

“Absolutely love my navy and gold Greek dress - had to return the first one L as too big but then ordered the which M fits perfectly (size 12). Quick delivery. Only wish sizing charts were clearer and exchanges were available rather than returning and reordering.”
