“Gorgeous Versace handbag, at a fraction of the price it would have been on the Versace website. The swirly Barocco pattern in yellow & white against black is lovely, and the two fancy gold tone buckles are very stylish. A waitress at the tapas bar we go to admired the bag, so I showed her the remaining white one on my phone - so now she will be visiting the Pilot website too! Thanks for making designer accessories more affordable. Very happy with the bag!”

“Absolutely AMAZING service from Pilot once again. I ordered a gift for my niece and it was delivered the following day. I had a couple of additional requests and Claire at the store was only too happy to help with! Thank you so much! It’s so nice to have a personal feel to shopping, unlike that of Flannels were if you need to return an item it’s the most painful experience!”

“Great positive experience. A disasterous situation . bought a Birthday present. unbeknown to me my old address was on the system so inadvertently my purchase was sent to my old address. Not easy to ascertain as RM were less than helpful as usual. however claire was a star. did her best but ROYAL MaiL were useless. vey impressed with claires efforts.”

“I was really hesitant at first whether this website was legit, as the trainers I was looking at were reduced by way more than I had seen anywhere else! I am so glad I got them though, they arrived within 3 days of me ordering them, the condition of the trainers are spot on!! I will definitely be buying from here in the future, highly recommend!”
