The cup itself is very baby-friendly. It does spill a bit though, so not totally spill-proof.

As I said above do not buy.. expensive cups that leak terribly. Water fills the straw which then spurts water everywhere when the lid is opened. Terrible customer service suggesting this is due to temperature changes of the water??? Tap water dies not get hot or cold immediately after filling the cup! I was then told only unused items could be returned for a refund. I bought a set of 3 and tried each one so I couldn’t return them.. this is not acceptable and countless reviews saying the same problem . Surely any reputable company would listen to feedback and resolve this. Iam quite frankly disgusted and disappointed. As a nursery manager I will make sure parents do not buy from TumTums..

Only use tum tum now as tried so many other brands and my toddler only seem to get on with tum tum straws

I'm not happy. I'm trying to contact after-sales service. No answer. My package is stuck at Customs for Europe. I am asked to pay 20 euros for customs even though I paid for a delivery service with signature of 13-14 euros. For an order of around fifty euros. I hope that this notice will allow after-sales service to contact me to collect the package. I do not recommend purchasing from the site. A tab is missing to register and be able to monitor the package live and discuss possible problems. It's a shame because the products are great.

First one, brilliant so I ordered a second. But I never received my second order. Royal Mail decided to leave it in my open porch and it has been taken by someone. So I have emailed someone from your team who has opened a case with Royal Mail supposedly but I haven’t heard anything.
