“As per cup review - little bit pretentious in the marketing department, but what marketing team isn’t? Otherwise, we have a few Tum Tum products, and they all seem to be reasonable quality-wise. Whether they last the test of time and are worth the price, yet to see!”

“Great product, but was let down by their next day delivery. Received it a day later, and I had to email for a refund on the price difference for postage when I think this should automatically be done for a customer if there are delays. Other than that, great product.”

“The cups them selves are good quality. Used to get a straw to clean them with but now has to buy the straw cleaner separately. The box also came damaged.”

“We do love this cup. Currently have 6- 3 for water and 3 for milk. These are super easy to suck from. My daughter had a cleft palate and low oral tone, after her repair we began with the honey bear straw cup and then moved onto these. She drinks really well, and the handles are perfect for her to drink herself. She also has coordination issues but handles these cups great! They are also easy to clean as a straw cleaner will go all the way out the other end of the weighted straw part. They are also durable. When she’s done with her water for that moment, the cup must be tossed in the direction of the floor immediately. Therefore, it has been smacked onto many different hard surfaces. (Tiles, stones, you name it.) The plastic straw cover often pops off, but always goes straight back on again and nothing has broken off yet. My only issue is that the weighted straw often doesn’t follow the water and sits in one corner. It can be a little frustrating when water or milk gets low. My daughter tips her head and cup back to drink effectively and when the straw doesn’t follow, it doesn’t work. (Realise the review is for the bear and the picture is of the owl. We have 3 owls for water and a set of 3 different ones for milk. We got these recently to transition off of bottles. We have had the owls for a few months now.)”

“Really like the brand. I miss the little pots you sold back in 2020 for snacks. Also the cups I bought back in 2020 came with a pipe cleaner to clean the straw and a spare valve.”

“Great products. Only missing a point as I don’t feel the straws in the tippy up cups last as long as they should. We’ve gone through 3 in a very short space of time - they rip where the weight is attached at the bottom. Other than that though very happy with the cups and the delivery has always been very quick.”
