I'm not happy. I'm trying to contact after-sales service. No answer. My package is stuck at Customs for Europe. I am asked to pay 20 euros for customs even though I paid for a delivery service with signature of 13-14 euros.
For an order of around fifty euros.
I hope that this notice will allow after-sales service to contact me to collect the package.
I do not recommend purchasing from the site. A tab is missing to register and be able to monitor the package live and discuss possible problems.
It's a shame because the products are great.
