“I'm not happy. I'm trying to contact after-sales service. No answer. My package is stuck at Customs for Europe. I am asked to pay 20 euros for customs even though I paid for a delivery service with signature of 13-14 euros. For an order of around fifty euros. I hope that this notice will allow after-sales service to contact me to collect the package. I do not recommend purchasing from the site. A tab is missing to register and be able to monitor the package live and discuss possible problems. It's a shame because the products are great.”

“We love our Tum Tum products. Such good quality and we use them all the time. I really recommend the suction bowl with the lid (great for out and about) and the sippy cup with weighted straw has encouraged my toddler to drink more. The customer service is fantastic - we lost a spoon from our weaning bundle (our own fault!) and they sent us out another free of charge! Thank you so much :)”
