“Absolute rip off if you have series 2 cups as will have to pay over £10 + PP to replace straws on two cups making tum tum a very expensive option to maintain. We thought it was time we replaced the straws as they had some suspicious marks on the inside and due to the straws being series 2 straws they didn’t have the detachable weight on the bottom like the new design, making them harder to clean. We bought a pack of straws with the new weight (£4.99 + PP) and they only come with one weight. Meaning we’d need to pay over £10 to replace the plastic straw in two cups which seems extortionate considering this is almost the price for a new cup and that Tum tum changed the straw design meaning series 2 straws are no longer available. I emailed about this as it seems unfair as the design has been changed in the 6m since I bought our cups but no reply from this ‘small family business’. Such a shame and definitely puts me off ordering again as customer service seems poor too but the search for a cheaper to maintain cup continues!”
