“I spoke to Neil directly as I had some specific area needing covering beyond the catering trailer. He was extremely helpful and explained everything that he was doing. I also didn't have to go through an automated service which is so refreshing compared to every other insurance company.”

“I called for a public liability insurance quote after struggling to find a suitable one online with other companies. I spoke to a guy called Tom who was very helpful and resolved my query in a matter of minutes. In one call I was given a suitable quote at a low cost, I was taken through the policy document completion and my policy application was complete. Very happy with the customer service.”

“Its my first experience insuring a Business Trailer and it was easy quick and simple to speak to Nicola. Quick email response and setting up direct debit was done in no time. I'm not sure if my insurance was the cheapest I could have got as its my first year and didn't even look at any other quotes but i feel happy that i'm insured and was dealt with really well by Nicola”

“Very good service and always helpful. One little thing - I have had to make two changes to my policy in the last couple of weeks and have been charged £30 and £20 for these amendments. I understand that charges are necessary but this is a lot for a new business to find!”

“Thank you... excellent service from Neil at Giles Insurance! I'm a young driver so naturally most insurers provide an extremely high premium. Neil went out of his way to get the best possible price which I am very pleased with as high insurance premiums cause problems for small businesses such as mine. Also, a big thank you to Alan at NCASS helping me in touch with Neil to get a great deal!”

“I found Giles very professional, helpful and knowledgeable when discussing our insurance requirements. It was good to be able to deal with Neil as he knows the products inside out so you get a straight answer straight away. My only grumble is the price, just seems a bit steep when compared with the other things i insure and the risk involved in storing and using our unit which i consider to be quite low.”
