Hi Martin, Thank you for your review 😁, we don't disagree with your suggestion regarding notes within the box, and this has been mentioned before. However, given the fact we send out literally hundreds of parcels every day, printing hundreds of documents can also been seen as unnecessary and wasteful. We are mindful of carbon foot print, and proud of our recyclable packaging and paperless systems. Please note we do email customers a digital order confirmation, shipping confirmation which contains a link to download a digital invoice - which can be printed if required...
