It's difficult to understand why you didn’t contact us direct before leaving the negative review, it helps to understand the reason why you would leave such a comment "Really bad product". Uninformative reviews don't help anyone, especially when 98% of our customers are completely satisfied with the products and service we supply. “Hello, In order #67122 (Dried Fruit Wolf (Goji) Berries NCFG01, 2 x 1kg), all the berries turned out to be poorly dried and stuck together. Some of the berries show very noticeable traces of mold, which makes them unfit for consumption. I was contacted the seller after submitting my initial review and provided the photos of effected berries. The seller has fully refunded the money for this part of the order.”

“They have a range of nuts but the lroce has increased way too much for me to order as regularly as I did. Their Walnuts have gone from £9 to nearly £12. The brazil nuts have gone from £11 to over £19. Cannot afford it anymore. I will have to shop around for a better deal.”

We are all disappointed and frustrated with price increases which are unavoidable due to poor crops caused by climate change around the world, inflated shipping costs due to fuel and tariffs, increased overheads from taxes, services, and wages, the list goes on… However, we still believe we offer the finest and freshest products at competitive prices. With the cost of nuts and dried fruit being so high, these products are a luxury for most customers, therefore we fully appreciate it’s not always affordable. “It's the choice of all the cracking nuts in the shell which I go for the ones you get from the supermarket are limited item mostly hazelnut almonds a few walnuts and a few Brazil nuts, but no pecan nuts, so to be able to purchase these nuts in half a kilo or 1 kilo is brilliant, it's my second year of ordering from Natural Choice.”
