“Your product say ready to eat, but they are not. What you should have advertised your product as hazelnut kernel, so that if customers want to the trouble break the kernel and get the nuts out is up to them. Please I would want a refund, guide me on how to return your nut.”

Hi Attracta, Sorry to hear of your disappointment in the product supplied, however, a one star review seems unfair and unjustified. I believe there's a total misunderstanding of the product purchased which could have been resolved swiftly before leaving a negative review. You purchased Hazelnuts "IN SHELL". That means the hazelnut kernels are sold inside their original shells - as described in the product title and shown in the product image that you purchased. If you wanted hazelnuts without shells, then you need to purchase Hazelnuts "SHELLED" which are also available, and clearly show an image of hazelnuts without shells. "Ready to eat" refers to: does not require washing, does not require cooking. Obviously, the shell should be removed first, which is no different to peeling a ready to eat orange or banana before eating, you can eat the shells as you can peel, but removing the protective outer layer is considered best. If you wish to return the Hazelnuts in shell, please reply to your order confirmation requesting a return and our customer services will oblige. Kind regards, The Natural Choice Team

Pricing is very reasonable, and no 'Windsor Framework/ NI Protocol' drama or nonsense. Promise of free p&p for orders over £50 was honoured. “It would be 5 stars but I have had a problem with mango slices (not the organic one, they were lovely) . The company said that because I had opened them they could not accept a return. This seemed rather ridiculous as it wasn't until I opened them that I found that they smelt awful and were totally inedible! This was on a previous order to this one and strangely I was not sent an email to give a review that time! This is what they said in their email reply: "We have sold a large amount of the dried sliced mango on batch 38523 and have had many good reviews since your purchase, so I think this is personal preference. "Unfortunately, as the bag has already been opened, we can’t receive it back, ...." Since then I found the reviews on here and found 2 other reviews that gave 1 star for the product because it was inedible. The reply to one review follows: "Thank you for your review, however, we are deeply disappointed that you felt the need to leave a 1-star review without contacting us first. Sliced mango is one of our best selling products, we rarely have any issues due to the fact we always process and pack current crop, and use only the finest growers. Any kind of complaints for this product is most unusual, however, had you contacted us we would have offered you a full replacement, or issued a full refund, and arranged collection for testing. Regards, The Natural Choice Team" Unfortuanately this was not what happened with me. On a positive note everything else that I have ordered form them has been really good quality and a good price. It is a shame that they did not deal with my complaint in the manner in which they told another reviewer they would.”
