With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. “Very good service from engineer. It took three visits to sort the proble as he was sent faulty part but he was very quick and efficient at diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I am very happy with the service provided. The online booking system did not work first time but was eventually made to work.”

“Brilliant service received following a fault on my Hisense fridge freezer. Having had no help from Hisense and had to deal with rude customer service staff who had no interest in helping with a fault that was just out of guarantee. Kris the engineer at NAC Domestic Appliances Ltd was professional and very informative. Although he could not fix the fault as the parts needed were ibsolete I would definitely use them again. Both office staff and engineer were polite, helpful and provided excellent customer service.”
