With relationships with manufacturers, parts suppliers and experts across the UK, we can provide the finest level of advice and support to ensure that every repair done meets the highest expectations. We offer a full guarantee on our work with full confidence and do our utmost to leave every customer with a fully working appliance on the very first visit.

Our engineers are experts across a huge range of famous brands, working with cookers, dishwashers, washing machines and more. “Kingston was very friendly, polite and helpful. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and what he was needing to do to solve it. This meant that I was happy to go ahead with the repair. When he came to do the repair he did it very swiftly, which was great. He also kept me well informed about what time he would be arriving. I was very pleased and would happily recommend your service to someone else.”

“Sorted the problem with my wachine machine! I can highly recommend trusting NAC to help with your pro blem. Setting up the appointment on the telephone wa easy and very reassuring. Very good value. Great comms thereafter via SMS and the engineer arrived when he said he would. He was completely no nonsense, very respectful and got the job done. He was also able to explain what the problem had been and how he had fixed it. Thank you and we will come back for help in the future.”

“NAC came out the same day, the engineer Dylan was very thorough and checked everything on the machine was working to the required standard. Dylan also gave us some very helpful tips on how to get the best from our washing machine. I would highly recommend this company.”
