“Didn’t receive all of my delivery, I was told by them they would send another one out the next day. I then received an email from them saying they couldn’t send one after all as they had no more in stock, but their website says they have 20 in stock. They also told me the reason I didn’t receive the missing item was because the package was damaged in transit but the original package was not in anyway damaged. I’ve been in contact again with this company but have not had a response.”

Regarding the MyMotorWorld points, I noticed that you were not logged into your account when placing the order, which is why the points were not automatically added.
