“Not that good, I received the wrong type of oil and I’m having to send my parcel back. I ordered the oil for gasoline and diesel but the one that I received was just for diesel and my cars a petrol car. So wasn’t happy.”

“Really bad service, orderd 7 items shows next day delivery and i received 4 items next day ,rest two items came after 4 days still waitinng for one item , keep calling them ,they said its been deliverd and they never deliverd , last friday they apologised and said they have no stock, if they have no stock why they taking orders? but they argueing its been delivered, now they processing refund for last item and its been three days, not received yet, i never use this company anymore, and public please be aware and very careful buying anything from this company, very dodgy”

We're sorry to hear you're still unhappy, despite the steps we've taken to resolve this. To clarify: your order was shipped in full, and we provided proof of delivery when you disputed receiving one of the items. Although the tracking clearly showed it was delivered, we still refunded you for the oil as a gesture of goodwill. That refund has been processed, and depending on your bank, it can take a few working days to appear. Regarding the delivery timing—your order included multiple items, some of which were delivered the next day as promised. A few arrived shortly after due to courier schedules, which we explained during your calls. We appreciate that delays are frustrating, but we’ve handled this fairly and communicated throughout — including issuing a refund for a delivered item to keep things amicable.
