“Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. The website was easy to navigate and the item i bought it feel was at a very reasonable price. It was delivered quickly. The instruction manual was a little bit tricky to get my head around at 1st but I soon figured it out and the bars are sat solidly on my roof.”

“Ordered as needed next day delivery as needed oil quick,sadly they use Evri and was 4 days late.didnt realise they used Evri or wouldn't have bothered ordering from them.”

“EVRI is an awful delivery entity. emails to keep saying they couldnt deliever an dtehn saying it was returned.. still dont know if has been delivered to the office!”

“Strongly recommended, wish they sold original parts for car also , some items don’t have photos which is a shame but all have measurements which is very helpful . Stuff comes in multiple parcels which did trick me .”

As soon as you let us know, we offered you a replacement or a full refund, and you chose a refund, which has now been processed in full. While it's disappointing that the courier let us both down, we hope this shows we take customer service seriously and always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

“Not that good, I received the wrong type of oil and I’m having to send my parcel back. I ordered the oil for gasoline and diesel but the one that I received was just for diesel and my cars a petrol car. So wasn’t happy.”
