Truthfully had a good shopping experience. Although my order was late due to carrier issue, Motorworld compensated me on lost commuting expenses and gave me 200 points. Also one of the part wasn't available at that time and was upgraded to better part with no additional cost. Great customer service. Quick and efficient I would definitely shop with my motorworld.

Ordered wiper blades for my car after putting in my reg number ..I ordered what came up from you..twice sent the wrong ones to me ..I then bought from elsewhere and asked for a refund if I sent the items back at MY cost I refused as it was their mistake STILL WAITING .

We’d like to clarify that when you entered your registration number on our website, a clear prompt was displayed stating: "Multiple fitments available for your vehicle, please ensure you pick the correct fitment." We also provided a screenshot of this message in our communication with you, but we did not receive any further response. Return details were sent to you on 10/04, and assuming the item was returned the same day, we are currently still within our stated returns processing timeframe. As per our returns policy, we aim to process returns and issue refunds within 14 days of the item being received at our returns centre. If you believe the 14-day timeframe has passed or you have tracking information confirming earlier delivery, please feel free to share it so we can assist further.

I just could not find a rear wiper for my Vauxhall Insignia in any of my local motor factors, so looked in My Motor World and found exactly what I wanted 👍

I'd definitely buy from My Motor World again. I've had 3 products now, all exactly as expected. With one, the courier caused a problem, and My Motor World were really good about refunding the premium postage. It really helps me to trust them, knowing they did the right thing when something went wrong. My second purchase was totally trouble-free.
