“Great product, good price and prompt delivery. The same as the last time I ordered this productt, the box the product was packed in was falling apart and the caps on the bottles were not tight. Consequently some the contents had leaked out. When I reported this the last time you said you would check that the caps were tight prior to despatch. What went wrong?”

“Terrible supplier. The BGA power steering pump they supplied is faulty. Logged it with their support, for one reply and all updates I’ve sent have gone unanswered. It’s been over a month now, car sitting on the driveway with a new faulty PAS pump, can’t put the car back together because of this. And over £180 out of pocket. Never again with this supplier.”
