“Didn’t receive all of my delivery, I was told by them they would send another one out the next day. I then received an email from them saying they couldn’t send one after all as they had no more in stock, but their website says they have 20 in stock. They also told me the reason I didn’t receive the missing item was because the package was damaged in transit but the original package was not in anyway damaged. I’ve been in contact again with this company but have not had a response.”

To help resolve this, could you please provide your vehicle registration number so we can check the fitment details and ensure that the correct part was ordered? Regarding the MyMotorWorld points, I noticed that you were not logged into your account when placing the order, which is why the points were not automatically added.

“Ive tried Autodoc and Onlinecar parts who are actually Autodoc and I have had so much trouble getting the right part and being charged for it when the part in the box is not what they show on the website!! I can't get anyone on the phone and they ignore emails. I've only used this Motor World once and went stright to the part and recevied the right one zero hassle. will use them again. Not sure about the air freshner though that might have to stay ou tof sight :)”
