“Ordered Wed on next day delivery. Here i am on Monday expecting delivery today according to Evri. I really think offering free next day to members was a mistake when you've chosen to rely on one of the very worst courier companies in the UK! Probably won't use you again.”

“Item not received nor ”on it’s way” at 09:06 Monday 26th July despite being checked in at my local delivery centre in the early hours of last Thursday. Therefore I am unable to comment on the product yet. Andrew Brookes”

“Unfortunately the next day delivery promis was not respected, I wasted two days stuck in London waiting for the part which did not arrive. Becauee of my mechanic's appointment I had to find a solution, So I went to NAPA nearest parts shop & bought them to get my car repaired. On the third day the parts arrived, I had to refuse collection & asked for the parcel to be sent back. I expect a total refund as soon as possible as committed in your last email to me. Best regards”

“Great company to deal with just let down by their delivery company who cant seem to deliver to our address. Eventually after speaking with Motor world they dealt with the issue very quickly and efficiently and hey presto my delivery arrived the next day after complaining.”

“I bought a battery from this company, battery delivered with acid water drained, called customer service, was asked to send proof, did, the message is still queued, not sent. Can't use the battery. What a disaster!!!!”
