“Really easy stuck in Reg number, part comes up..delivered within 3 days. I would say maybe use less packaging.. A fair sized box for a oil pressure switch. Might have saved me a few quid in delivery charges.”

“Website easy to navigate quickly taking you to multiple choices of products at varying price points. Delivery was quick and to top it all my chosen brake pads were not in stock even thought it let me order them so I was sent the next product up at no extra cost 👍👍👍👍👍👍”

“The part I ordered was out of stock so they sent me a replacement that was the wrong spec. After a lot of email back and forth they finally agreed to collect the part for refund. That was 14 days ago and I still haven’t been refunded, today I raised a dispute claim through PayPal to get my money back. I thought this store was amazing and recommended it to friends, but after this experience I will be shopping elsewhere for a better return policy. Order at your own risk!”

We're sorry to hear about your experience. It looks like the correct parts for your vehicle are BP1834 and BP1836, but the items you ordered were MBP1833 and MBP1836. Our website does display multiple options, and we collected the incorrect set as a goodwill gesture. Since only one set of pads was returned from your order, and you have opened a dispute through PayPal, we are unable to process a partial refund until the case is resolved.
