“Malcolm and the team were fantastic, I was a 1st time buyer and was really out of my depth when looking for a mortgage. Malcolm answered my call immediately and was with me the next day to go through my options, I had a mortgage in principle that night and was able to proceed with making an offer on the property. Once my offer was accepted the team assisted me every step of the way making the whole process straight forward, and stress free as possible. I can not praise uk moneyman enough I am now in my new home and extremely happy. Thank you”

“We had excellent service throughout the process, beginning with Paul Baggott, mortgage adviser who was very personable in his approach and with whom we trusted straight away. When we had difficulties, he went that extra mile to help us which we all very much appreciated. I liked the fact that we were kept in touch throughout the whole process both from Paul and his UK moneyman team. They have all been very friendly and professional throughout. Thank you guys!”

“Chris Thompson is an asset to the business and provided an excellent service every step of the way. I was kept in the loop at all times and Chris made easy work of very complex matters. I particularly liked the coordination between the adviser Chris and the Administrator Mizna Alwan to provide a seamless service. UK moneyman invest a great deal of time in the initial fact finding stages which ensures the subsequent stages run smoothly. Very impressive. Well done.”

“A big thank you to Wayne, Selesha and everyone else involved in our case. Our situation was not a straightforward one, however, Wayne and his team have helped us to secure mortgage very quickly. “Excellent service from Malcolm and all the team at UK Money from start to completion of our mortgage. From experiencing problems with another mortgage broker, Malcolm's expert advice meant that we had a decision in principle in less than 24 hours. The team also that support Malcolm where excellent in communicating with us through to completion and even afterwards. Super happy and we are now in our new home within 12 weeks of dealing with UK Money Man! We have also recommended UK Money Man to a number of other people. Thank you.”

“We had the perfect experience with UK Moneyman. We were second time buyers looking to purchase a bigger home and needed a lender that would offer a good product to someone with self employed status. Having looked into the market ourselves we realised that since 2014 mortgage lending had become increasingly difficult and more so for the self employed. Instead of going to our own hughstreet mortgage lender we decided on using a broker. Having explained our situation to Jason our UKMoneyman mortgage advisor he instantly put us at ease before searching the mortgage market thoroughly. Not only did he carefully listen to our needs but he also advised us on what kinds of mortgages would best suit our needs. The mortgage product that we ended up with was far better than we believed we could get and can only put that down to Jason's experience and UKMoneyman's people friendly ethos. We would highly recommend this broker to our family and friends.”

“Moneyman UK were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We were in a hurry after another mortgage product fell through & Jason who looked after us along with the girls in the office worked quickly to secure our offer. Jason was very reassuring & took a genuine interest in our circumstances. He kept in touch with us throughout also offering great advice on insurances & whenever I had need to call the office they auctioned things really quickly. It was well worth the fee to take the stress out of the process for us- Thank You”

“If you are buying a house use a broker and use this one. Malcolm and his team have been great, quick and have given helpful advice throughout the process. Our mortgage options were explained, they fitted our needs, and we felt informed before we made a decision. It is a really personal service, the team and him have always been available to answer questions, however small they have been. When a hiccup occurred they were able to help and gave 110% to find a solution. Thank you UK Moneyman”

“Brilliant from start to finish ! We had some very stressful time frames to get a mortgage and move for a certain date due to our rented property being sold. Our own bank of 20 years (hsbc) turned down our application and panic set in immediately. Found uk money man on the internet supported with good reviews and made contact to explain our circumstances. Within 2 hours Malcolm had jumped straight into dealing with our concerns and had two suited mortgage offers before the end of the day. This was followed up by a home visit on that Sunday to talk us through the offers and give advise on our best options. Constant updates followed as this went through with the mortgage company and we are now moving this week. Would definately recommend to anyone out there and worth every penny in dealing with a complex market of mortgages . We will be going back to Malcolm in 2 years for the next mortgage deal and have already recommended to others.”

“We first used Malcolm when we were living overseas and returning to live in the UK. We had great difficulties finding a mortgage as we had been out of the UK for some time. Malcolm and his team were very knowledgeable, understanding and extremely patient. He was our link to the UK and enabled us to get back on the UK property ladder. That was 4 years ago, and when we were thinking about moving house again this year, Malcolm was the first person I called. When you're getting good, reliable financial advice, why go to somebody else?”
