“We’ve had two team members looking after us, both so professional, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. Firstly, Connor did our preliminary work and he explained everything in such detail and simply. He could answer our queries and nothing was too much trouble. He mentioned that Paula would conclude the final steps. He spoke really highly of his senior colleague & vice versa. This indicated what great team work in the company. Paula, had a lovely way explaining options that best suited our needs. We had a lot of help understanding & completing the paperwork, due to our lack of IT skills. Paula has now completed our work and she went over and beyond her job in ensuring our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this coompany and confidently say you will be more than happy with this professional & personable service Mandy Buchanan”

“From the very beginning, Conor and Stacey have been incredibly thorough, professional and approachable, and have kept us informed with excellent communication throughout the whole process. It has made such a difference knowing that they were always there to answer our questions and keep us updated. Connor, Stacey, Louise and the whole team really did go above and beyond when we encountered issues with the solicitors.l acting on behalf of the Lender. You chased both the solicitors and the lender to make sure everything remained on track, and your support was particularly appreciated at a time when we were becoming increasingly worried and frustrated by the solicitors' lack of communication and inability to deal with matters efficiently. We genuinely cannot thank you all enough for the time, effort and care you have put into helping us. Your service has been outstanding, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in using you once again when we begin searching for a new mortgage deal, as well as recommending you to friends, family or anyone else looking for a mortgage broker.
