“Excellent service from start to finish. The team were supportive, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. They were friendly, understanding and always happy to answer questions. Thomas was brilliant in explaining the process, sourcing lenders and insurance, and Debbie was fantastic at pulling everything together and getting the application finalised. Despite some unique circumstances and a lender change along the way, they guided me through it all and got the job done. I now have my official mortgage offer and couldn’t be happier!”

“Dan was amazing all the way through the mortgage process for a Later Life Mortgage. Dan and Jonathan were very patient no matter how many times I asked them to explain something to me. Both are very professional and caring. Dan and Jonathan and the extended team took excellent care of me and I will use them again when I need to. Fabulous.”

“Jason, Debbie and Stacey are a brilliant team of professionals without whom we would have had a really difficult and challenging time dealing with the mortgage process as first time buyers. Jason led the entire process from start to finish, he was always available for our questions and queries. He explained everything very well and in detail. You can tell he really cares and has a sense of pride in his work. Debbie and Stacey supported us throughout the entire process. Their guidance and aftercare is brilliant. They all provide such great service and absolutely worth every penny!”

“My advisor Chris was brilliant from day one. Through both telephone and teams calls he made everything easy to understand, and the process was smooth. Stacey in the applications team was tireless in checking all of the documents I needed to upload before she submitted my application, making it easier and quicker for me. I would recommend the team to anyone!”

“My partner and I have had a fantastic experience with UK money man. Jason Loft has been our point of contact since we first started enquiring in 2022, to now buying our first home!
