“Wayne and his team have been excellent throughout the whole process, explaining everything to me in detail as I did not have a clue being a first time buyer. I have been kept informed constantly throughout about all details of the process. I can’t thank you enough for your patience and excellent service you have provided for me and my family. “Fantastic from start to finish. Chris was very understanding to our situation, always on hand to answer questions. The office staff are also very efficient and helped us push through our sale. “Chris and the team at UK Money Man made the whole process easy, from getting us a last minute mortgage offer so we could secure our dream house through the to the final mortgage application. I can't recommend them highly enough, I found it reassuring that the pre-application team made sure everything was in order so the process would complete smoothly.”

“I had to remortgage since NRAM my current mortgage was coming to an end. A quick scout through the internet and I decided to use money man. Appointment made, and a very polite mortgage financial adviser arrived. Went through the documentation and less than a week and I had been offered a new mortgage. First class service and if I was requiring to use a service again I would definitely use money man. Thank you once again Karen and Mike”

“Debbie was excellent in assisting us with our re-mortgage and mortgage, she was at the end of the phone when ever we needed assistance no matter what the time. Would 100% recommend and will no doubt be using uk money man for our next buy to let.”

“Money man uk I would recommend to all, all stress of purchasing a home was taken care of for us, we are first time buyers and went through a bank ourself first and didn't do well with it, it was only until I contacted Manchester money man and they took over the whole process for us, we even had problems with the first house we were buying too but it was all solved with great communication all ways in touch with the process got a great rate too, thanks to Paul and Rachael and the rest of the team, they have great knowledge in mortgages and new exactly what needed to be done in our case,, many many thanks to all and have a great Christmas and new year Thanks again”

“We would like to say a 'HUGE' thank you to UK Moneyman after they helped secure our mortgage after six difficult months of dealings with a problematic and borderline crazy lender. The stress caused by the lender was reduced thanks to the wonderful care we received off Wayne, Mizna and the team. During this time I personally spent more time speaking with Mizna than my girlfriend..... and if Mizna's beauty matches her ability to chase up issues caused by the lender, ill be very surprised if she hasn't been snapped up by a premier league footballer! Behind every good employee there is a good leader, in this case Wayne Dewsbury! Wayne has been an emotional rock from the outset that hasn't been afraid to visit me at unsociable times in order to help us secure the best rate and associated products. If Mizna is Rocky then Wayne is Micky! Simply put, if you are looking for the most helpful mortgage advisor Manchester has available, choose Manchester Moneyman!”
