“Very happy I chose UK Moneyman for their mortgage advice and support in securing a mortgage offer as a first-time buyer. “Conor and Stacey have both been nothing short of a metrical helping us with such a complex case, they have been so patient as the process took over a year to finally fix and have a mortgage approved and on the same day! “The UK Money man team have been amazing from day one in supporting me through quite a complex remortgage. They explained everything that needed to be done and continuously went over and about to not only complete the work but advocate on my behalf. “Where do we start. Firstly having been messed about by a local mortgage advisor we got in contact with uk money man and was assigned Leo and he was very assertive and made first time buying very understandable and stress free for us both. Leo helped us at the most daft times from answering questions on an evening and even on his day off he went the extra mile for us, finally he worked around us more than his own diary making sure calls worked best for us as a couple, with us both working different full time jobs this was a massive help and it meant we could arrange calls for a time that worked with us and our employers for this we can’t thank him enough. We were then assigned Catherine for the second part and she was brilliant at getting the process finalised and keeping me and my partner consistently updated on the progress. Honestly we will be back when remortgage comes around, worth every penny and on that matter the fees are very good especially when we are on a budget as it is and we are clueless being FTB, it’s made very clear at the start what the fees are for the services you receive. 5/5 doesn’t seem enough. Thankyou again to LEO, CATHERINE and finally UKMM as a company.”

“We are really happy with our experience. I think being able to to chat so flexibly really benefits modern working people. We could WhatsApp any queries we had to our advisor, Chris, and he would respond in a timely and detailed manner.
