“Fantastic design and beautiful colours-Feel so relieved having this potty knowing we can go out anywhere and take it with us. Having not had a travel one before it was holding us back from potty training. My little girl loves the colour and has carried it around with her since it arrived (which only took two days) she is yet to actually use it as we’ve seemingly jumped straight in to using the big toilet instead. But it’s there if/when we need it and will continue to keep it in the car after potty training for emergencies.”

“I think the product is great, seems well made and the characters are cute. I think value for money is good and the dispatch/delivery time was also pretty prompt. The only thing I was surprised about was the packaging, I felt like I had received something second-hand from ebay, as it was delivered in a thin, generic grey bag, no branded packaging inside (other than the cardboard wrap-around, and sealed in bubblewrap and tape. This in no way affected the quality of the product, only my initial perception of it. I appreciate this could be from a cost/environmental pov, but it's still a lot of plastic when a box with simple branding would have looked better.”
“I ordered a Sage step up stool. It arrived broken. They said they would send me out a replacement. The next day I received a toilet trainer seat as a replacement. Unbelievable. Still waiting for a resolution.”

We are deeply sorry your order was handled badly by the courier causing for damage, whilst our orders are wrapped in bubble wrap to try to ensure a safe delivery, in this instance was out of our control due to the handling of the courier and we have raised a complaint with the courier as this is not the standard in which we expect our My Carry Potty deliveries to arrive.
As soon as you contacted our customer services, Katie dispatched an urgent replacement of your stool and confirmed this order via photo in email to you. Our warehouse in error sent a trainer seat, which we have expressed our deepest apologies for and advised for your little one to keep this for the inconvenience caused.
We have dispatched a replacement step stool to you and as per your correspondence this morning with our customer services will receive your new tracking shortly. Once again we are very sorry for the experience you have had and have actioned a replacement along with raising a complaint to the courier for the damage caused upon delivery- My Carry Potty
“Beautiful colour, sage green is what I purchased. It's a bit early for us so can't comment on usage but it looks lovely and won't mind leaving it out!
The carry potty is also extra handy for car journeys, we have a campervan so this will be great for our little boy when his ready.”

“Not really as impressed as I thought I would be. It’s so hard to open. When you’re trying to deal with a toddler dying for the loo and open the potty it’s quite stressful! I don’t know if mine is faulty or they are all the same”
