However, I contacted customer services and they immediately offered to send a replacement. It remains to be seen whether the same fault is present on the replacement potty. If the locking clasp does not break on the replacement then I would rate this product higher.”

“I bought the Dino seat and stool bundle. The bundle was a great price, much cheaper than anywhere else, and my 3 year old loves to use it. It’s cute, really easy to clean, the handles on the side, which most seats don’t have, really help him getting on and off, and in making him feel secure, and the guard at the front is really high, which is great for boys! It moves a tiny bit when he tries to get on and off by himself, but not enough to be a problem, and as he gets taller and can get himself on easier I don’t think it’ll move at all. The stool is really grippy, and a good height. Also the delivery was super quick, came the next day! 100% recommend.”
