“Great customer service and lovely delivery on time however the cake was very dry and I thought when I opted for writing it would be on the cake itself. Instead the writing was on a note on top of the box. Personally don’t think the cake is worth what was paid but a quick and easy service for a cake.”

This was an error on our part and we have spoken to the baker involved. The message should appear on the cake, as opposed to the complimentary gift note which appears on the allergy card. “The delivery was on time and packaged well. However, the cake was not fresh. It seemed like it had been baked days ago, and so unfortunately did not taste great.”

However, I assure you that all of our cakes are baked freshly to order, and never frozen, so the cake was not baked many days ago. “The service provided was exceptional. Everything was on time, and coordination was very well done. I am thankful to them for that. But unfortunately the cake itself did not taste good. It looked beautiful but the quality of the sponge and icing was under average. With the price of the cake I expected better quality cake.”

“My parents are in their late 80s and have small appetites so I ordered the cakesicles x6 vanilla sponge and pink decoration . They arrived on time and well presented. They followed the directions removing from fridge good 10 mins before eating but when they went to eat them the coating all fell away and there was very little sponge in middle. Mum was disappointed as they looked so nice but eating/ taste was not good.”

“Contact with company excellent, very nice and helpful owner of company. Cake looked good but honestly found it a bit dry - as did my guests when asked. Should have been a lot more rasberry gnash. Found it expensive for what was produced.”

“Could be better.. Looks great .. packaged well. However the cake, it did not have required stiff sponge. It did not taste like a cake. Could be because of my precautionary choice of using egg free and gluten free. However, my past experience was better than this.”

“My cake was really tasty but I was dissappointed because I did not get what I ordered. it was not a bad cake but if the cake was not going to be exactly like the picture that I send I think that I had to be aware of the changes and agreed”
