“My Baker to the rescue! We were let down by a supplier the day before our daughter’s 2nd birthday party. I spoke to Mark who could not have been more helpful. It would have been tight to get the order made and delivered in time for her party, but they managed it and with hours to spare. On top of that, the cake was stunning and absolutely delicious. Thank you again for all of your help. I will be recommending to others!”

“Hello, Just wanted to say, I set Mark and his Bakers a really tough challenge! To make a replica of a bowling wood. It needed to be accurate and large enough to feed 50 people. And boy did the team deliver! I was literally taken aback when it was delivered to me! It was truly amazing! Both in the way it looked and the way it tasted. Everyone at my fathers 80th birthday were literally bowled over! Thank you so much for your help, creativity and professionalism! I cannot recommend you guys enough, I will be back for more cakes in the future!”

“This is my 5th time ordering a bespoke cake from My Baker and they did not disappoint. Mark is fantastic and always quick to respond to any queries. Delivery was prompt as the cake was well packaged so nothing was damaged when we reached the venue. This time we went for red velvet and it was delicious! Kids and adults all wanted seconds and everyone was impressed with the decorations and asked me where it was from!! Thank you for providing the focal point for our party!”

“I live in the UAE. I wanted to surprise my daughter who lives in London by recreating her 2year old Barbie cake. I searched on the net and was lucky to find mybaker. I emailed Mybaker and Mark promptly replied. My daughter was surprised with a beautiful delicious Barbie Cake. The flavor was salted caramel, all her friends just loved it. The cake was delivered promptly on time even though it was ordered just 2 days prior. Thank you, Mark the cake was even better, than the original.”

Ordered cake for my LO first birthday and everyone said it’s the first birthday cake that was so moist and not too sweet bcoz of the heavy icing for custom cakes. However, I assure you that all of our cakes are baked freshly to order, and never frozen, so the cake was not baked many days ago. Dear Bisma, Many thanks for your feedback, and we are sorry that you were not happy with the outcome this time. I attach a picture of the cake as it was prepared for context, which shows it in a more favourable light. We always try to make things right for our customers. We acknowledge that, from the picture you attach above, there does appear to have been some superficial damage to the cake on delivery. However, the picture you have posted above was not provided at the time. Further, and crucially, we offered at the time to have our local baker come out to you and repair the superficial damage shown - which you refused, despite there being a willingness and plenty of time to put things right. Therefore, this could have been remedied and you could have had a perfect cake for your event, which was to be served the day following delivery, but chose not to do so. I don't think we could have done more in terms of our customer service in this instance. We were prompt and offered a full solution at no cost to you. As you rejected this offer to have the cake repaired, we are not responsible for ruining an event. We are not able to offer compensation on this occasion, and consider the matter closed.
