I found the search function relatively straightforward, however, having changed my mobile phone number following an application I had to withdraw the application in order to update my details. The deadline had not yet been reached, so it would have been easier to edit the application directly instead of needing to withdraw and re submit. This seemed a very laborious way of editing something that should have taken 5 minutes only.

It is an interesting and innovative experience, hoping to get a better offer here.

"Not sure what feedback to give—'MyNewTerm' works fine, so nothing to fuss about. However, efficient communication with employers doesn’t seem to be a priority. Feels like just a middleman rather than a service that actively helps candidates connect."

Information to hand very quickly. With the interview running so late this is what let the process down.

I really appreciate your efforts in linking schools to job seekers. Unfortunately, I have not succeeded in all the applications I have submitted. These continues rejection is really given me a serious doubt that good thing will come out from your platform.

The application process is too long and you need to scrap some information for international applicants not residing in the uk .

MyNewTerm is okay to navigate, however getting all the information on is a bit time consuming. Thinks are changed now in the job application world. Applying for a role should just be as simple as sending over your CV

Was not applying for a teaching role, so the firm did not really fit the requirements. Have had no further contact yet, so cannot comment on anything else.

Few of the resume data is not sync by the site

The system works well technologically. However the process of having an intermediary is laborious and unnecessary. Everything going through the portal seems superfluous. Email is perfectly adequate.

Since I've started using MyNewTerm, I'm yet to come across a challenge. It's all satisfactory.

Easy to use which is very helpful and makes applying for teacher jobs much easier - a long overdue process. The only negative is the script boxes - I found copy and pasting my personal statement difficult - it did not copy over very well and was remarked on during the interview

the site may be developed by teachers but it is very clunky for non teaching roles, especially coming from a non teaching /school background

I've no further news about the application

I like that it shows you what jobs you applied for. It can narrow down to areas. The only downside is that the employers take ages to get back to you after you've submitted your application and they have looked at it. They don't let you know if you were successful or not.

Too detailed checking and it is not flexible for the applicant

Went for interview, didn't get the job at least they could have said why I'm not suitable.
