“Absolutely perfect Christmas present. Was ordered late but arrived just in time for Christmas with amazing support and such quick responses. The bear was such great quality and worth so much more. Brought tears to our eyes on Christmas morning sharing such a special heartbeat. Such a special gift.”

Hi Keda We were so sorry to hear that we had got your order wrong and had sent out an elephant instead of a bunny from our Grey Collection. We hope you were pleased with the bunny when he did arrive and I am sure you have been able to put the elephant to good use. It is very rare that this happens as we do have a very effective cross check system in place in our warehouse. We have been incredibly busy and unfortunately we made a mistake on this occasion. I hope you have forgiven us and you are enjoying your heartbeat bunny!

Hi Lauren Thank you for your order which we received on November 24. It was sent via Royal Mail - your chosen delivery method - the following day November 25. I can see from our tracking system that you received the parcel on December 3 so not too bad a service given the Royal Mail strikes and the backlog of parcels they had to work through !

“The experience I received was absolutely outstanding. I purchased this heartbeat bear for my sister and her partner after their baby was sadly stillborn. I contacted customer services with my image to go on the T-shirt and asked if my nieces name could also be added onto the T-shirt. I was contacted by Nicola whose customer service was incredible, she explained it wasn’t something they normally did and that the picture on the T-shirt wouldn’t give the level of detail I might have been hoping for but she would get her web developer to do a bespoke design then send it over to me to approve before printing. As agreed Nicola sent this over to me and it was perfect. The bear itself is amazing quality and very easy to record the heartbeat. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional customer service shown to me and this has brought a comfort during a very difficult time.”

“I bought this as a cheaper alternative to a heartbeat bear sold in the scan shops, as it’s our first baby. I was so impressed with the quality of the soft toy, we ordered an elephant to stick with our theme, it was so easy to record and came with instructions so you knew exactly what to do with it. The quality is fantastic and our family loved hearing babies heartbeat. Very happy!”

“I made my order 8th march I did not receive my order until 29th march I had to pay £15 delivery to Spain I didn’t mind too much even though that’s pretty expensive as I order from Amazon uk and delivery is usually £5-£10 depending on the weight when I received my package from my post office i then got charge an extra £8.99 so all I’m I paid £43 for a 10 inch £19.95 bear. I paid more for the delivery than I did the actual product. When I spoke to customer services the lady told me it was hit and miss with who did and didn’t get charged. But it didn’t state this on the website. Pretty disappointed as there are other similar sellers who include all charges in the price.”
