The experience I received was absolutely outstanding. I purchased this heartbeat bear for my sister and her partner after their baby was sadly stillborn. I contacted customer services with my image to go on the T-shirt and asked if my nieces name could also be added onto the T-shirt. I was contacted by Nicola whose customer service was incredible, she explained it wasn’t something they normally did and that the picture on the T-shirt wouldn’t give the level of detail I might have been hoping for but she would get her web developer to do a bespoke design then send it over to me to approve before printing. As agreed Nicola sent this over to me and it was perfect. The bear itself is amazing quality and very easy to record the heartbeat. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional customer service shown to me and this has brought a comfort during a very difficult time.
