“Having purchased several bears in the past for my daughters for their pregnancies the bears used to have a cover/bag with them so I was a little disappointed for the new one not to have one, have suppliers changed ?”

Hi Craig I am sorry that you were disappointed with the gift presentation of the heartbeat bear you received and thank you for your feedback. All heartbeats are now tissue wrapped in our warehouse before dispatch. The product details clearly state that the heartbeat range comprises a ready stuffed bear with open pocket and 20 second voice recorder plus instructions. There is no reference to a bag. We found our customers preferred to have their heartbeats gift wrapped in tissue rather than bagged but once again I'm sorry you were disappointed but do hope the heartbeat ted has given you as much pleasure as those you bought previously.

“I love the bear however it is not the same bear as on the picture that I ordered from it is slightly different which was annoying but he is still cute!”

“I bought this for my partner as a Father’s Day gift. He adores it and showed his family who also love it. Beautiful concept and the bear is good quality. The stitching in the paw had come off slightly hence 4 stars instead of 5.Very good service, would recommend to a friend.”
