“Fantastic service, however this was let down by by Parcelforce as no notification was sent and they just turned up 2 days later and left a card, downloaded the app, and instructed them for a new delivery, which was ignored and it turned up luckily I had just got home!”

“Thank you for asking my experience of my last purchase, order. 3313055 from item Front Bumper Top Seal, Mazda MX5 Mk1, I have been a client of yours for a long time, and always to my complete satisfaction. But this time, I have lacked complementary information on the assembly, the necessary holes to make for the assembly and the need to have clips ref. OM NA0156145, to be adapted in a NA year 1990. I suggest offering this info. Well, it can help other potential buyers. Other providers, if they offer it. I take this opportunity to tell you, that to this day, I still have not received the article, I understand that it is not your fault. I suggest checking your shipping channels. And to be able to report the shipping ref, traking follow-up”

“I recently purchased an outside car cover for my MX5 NC. Unfortunately, the cover has no tie down points to secure the cover to the wheels, or car tow point, or belly band with clip. In higher winds, the cover tends to get blown off as the elasticated skirt is not sufficient to hold the cover in place. I now have to wrap cord around the outside of the cover, and car, to secure it.”

“Ordered a genuine cover for my mark 3.0 MX5 PRHT to protect it from leaf fall and bird poo. Arrived within 2 days of the order. Excellent service. Haven’t used the cover yet as the car needs a good clean and polish first”

Dear Mrs McGuire We apologise that you feel the experience you received was passive-aggressive and of course, this isn't the feeling we'd hope you'd take away after buying from us. We have reviewed the correspondence that was sent and we would like to reassure you we weren't trying to pass the buck to blame Royal Mail as to why your order didn't arrive until Wednesday after ordering it on Saturday. Howeverm, we unfortunately don't have a Royal Mail collection at the weekend, therefore it was collected at the earliest opportunity on the Monday, and unfortunately the strike on Tuesday meant your order didn't arrive until Wednesday.
