“Overall I'm very impressed with the MX5 Parts website, customer service, speed of dispatch etc. I would however like to see a couple of improvements, specifically. 1) A wishlist function added. The B*** racing website has this and it's a really good feature and helps save time when you are working on a project over time. It doesn't get wiped or emptied like the basket does on your website. 2.) I would also like to see negative reviews about specific parts from customers who have bought them responded to. The lack of response suggests that you are happy to continue selling things which people have flagged as being not very good, and I don't want to believe that. A response from you could also help us to see if the issues highlighted are being / have been addressed. You could also include replies from the manufacturer showing that you have taken the issue back to them. 3.) Please include a paper invoice in every delivery listing the parts provided. It's really useful with showing service history particularly with Mazda going to a digital record. You could make it an option to select at checkout if you want one. Finally I've been very pleased to see that on the small number of occasions where I have made direct comparisons between yourselves and other websites specialising in parts for MX5's you have tended to come out slightly cheaper, which reflects an honest desire to provide the best value for money that you can, and this is very endearing. Thank you for all that you do and for having one of the best operations, it must take a lot of effort to maintain. Please keep up the great work.”

“Nothing bad to say about mx5parts, just brexit and they don't finding a way to dispatch the goods from wythin EU. Like so many other UK business did. Order placed on August 1st, received today, 31... before brexit was usually 5 days.”

“My first time using this company. Website was clear and easy. I had one query which I phoned about and was answered well. I ordered a pair of Crystal Clear headlamps and bulbs for a Mk1. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. I thought the wire that holds the bulb in place didn't fit too well so I bent it to a tighter shape and secured with an additional tie. Note that the rubber dust cover that the site says is now available for these headlights is in fact no longer available!! I made covers out of a couple of aerosol lids.”

“I bought ten litres of FL22 coolant for my Mazda 6 as it was due for a coolant change. I had the work done by a local independent, me and spanners don't work well together. £30 for ten litres is superb value. Delivery was quick, thus I am a happy customer. MX5 Parts is highly recommended by me. Happy shopping.”
