“Passenger window failed half way up. When I called the dealer, they wanted £140 to hook it up to diagnostics! Quick look on the net diagnosed the regulator. MX5parts supplied within a few days for £65.69. Another quick look on the net found a few videos how to replace the regulator, few nervy hours later on a Saturday and job done! The job was a little fiddly, but straight forward if you take your time. Great job MX5parts.”

“I have owned a 33 year old MX-5 Eunos Roadster (Japanese import) for 22 years. This car is "bomb proof" mechanically so as you can imagine the only problem is wear and tear. A couple of weeks ago the windscreen wiper/washer broke when I pulled it back to try and squirt fluid on to the glass. I couldn't find an obvious replacement on their website so rang up and spoke to a gentleman who advised that I would actually need a whole steering column multi switch. It was £250 which seemed expensive but if it lasts another 33 years it will actually be great value and see me out !”

“I purchased some snow tyres on steel rims from MX5 parts about 5 years back , I used them for a couple of winters and loved the ride, very gentle and planted, soft rubber, solid rims. The only problem was no centre caps , I didn’t like the idea of exposed sprockets… found the centre caps last week on MX5 parts while looking at tyres and purchased a couple.. just in case they didn’t fit, but they are spot on so two more needed, then I will put the winter wheels back on for a few months, the combination of the heavier rims and softer tyres really does give a nice ride, irons out bumps and potholes and definitely sticks to ice and snow. Great products great delivery thank You.”

“The website is easy to use, ordering is simple and the items I ordered on each occasion arrived next day. However, they don't seem to provide order confirmation emails nor dispatched emails (I received neither for 2 orders and nothing went to spam either). Consequently I wasn't sure if my order had been received nor whether or not my item has been posted? This wasn't a problem in this instance as the items turned up next day anyway. Also, I broke the first item I ordered so had to order a replacement. I asked for a goodwill discount on the replacement and was told, 'No, we dont have any discounts at the moment', whihc was a slightly odd answer. My fault undoubtedly, but this is the type of thing I do for my customers and lots of other businesses would also; just a 5% discount would have gone a long way. It just felt a little impersonal and less customer oriented than I would expect. All that said, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
