“I have found recently that some of your prices are ridiculously high. For example, charging £100 per side for the clips to hold a MK3 side skirt on when you can buy these for £3.50 from vehicleclips.co.uk is eye wateringly greedy. I also never feel that my custom is never wanted when I phone up. Whoever answers the phone is not the happiest individual on the planet.”

“Part showed up exactly as promised, it’s excellent. I was a bit worried when I ordered that because it’s threaded, the gate pattern would be straight. But it’s no issue at all; the thread is firm enough it just locks into place. The item itself is real quality and feels superb in the hand. Some people said it doesn’t quite reach the gaiter: this is true, but actually I prefer it this way, you get about 1cm of shiny gear lever showing and it’s even more tactile this way. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again, probably alcantara gear shift and handbrake boots.”

“I bought around a 100 pounds of service items. One was a pattern oil filter which when used had a faulty seal after ten mins of installation. Oil spilt out all over my drive. I would not recommend the pattern parts as when I have used the genuine filters. I have never had a problem. Customer service also never seemed to understand or quoted no guarantee on the parts. This oil filter was never fit for purpose? To hold oil inside??”
