“It’s a shame there is no competition to drive the prices down. I find everything on the website very expensive. I have called their number to try and speak with staff and found the staff not particularly keen to help.”

“I would have given 5 stars if only international customers could chose the shipping method even for small parts. The default royal mail w/o tracking for light objects doesn't work well when you need to ship internationally with custom duties and related issues. No tracking is a bummer when you have to wait for weeks and have no idea of where your long-waited mx5 part is on the globe. At least give customers the choice to pay more for a shipping service with tracking if they want to. I would certainly opt for this option if I would have the opportunity.”
