“I ordered my item when they had a 10% off offer but knew I would be away when it arrived, so asked them to delay the despatch by a couple of weeks. Sure enough, they shipped the day we arrived home. I was kept informed at every stage. Very helpful on the telephone and excellent service.”

“Part ordered In good condition very promptly all at a fair price. The only problem was that the rivets required for fitting this particular piece were priced at a ludicrous £4.99 each so I didn't order these and I don't know where to get them at a reasonable price. This may well be not the fault of mx5 parts so generally very satisfied.”

“MX5 gel battery arrived as stated in 1 to 2 working days BUT: a link was given to their courier to track the delivery. Expected delivery was Mon or Tues so checked courier Sun eve. No information therefore no delivery Mon. Went out Mon. On return found that Parcel Force had been and left it with my neighbour who, fortunately, was in. No wonder the courier had no information as they didn't have the parcel. Could do better!”
