“Thank you for the opportunity to advise about my experience. I ordered and paid for a set of front disc pads for my MX5 (series 2) on September 6, todate Sept 16 they still have not arrived. I have no order number nor do I have a tracking number to find out where the parts are - very unhappy, thank you for asking.”

Hi Selwyn We are sorry that your parts haven't landed as yet, however, these were dispatched on the 7th by Royal Mail to South Africa. “MX5parts is a unique one-stop-shop for Mazda MX5 enthusiasts, not only in the UK but EU/worldwide. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable and my email contact, Mark, was most helpful in sourcing an original Panasonic battery for my aging 2002 MX5 Mk2 vehicle. He was also very helpful in explaining the pitfalls of overcharging AGM/Gel type batteries through jump-starting, and in giving useful advice on caring for the battery during long periods of non-use. Highly recommended service for all MX5 parts to keep your car in tip-top condition. Thank you MX5parts.”

“Very impressed with the prices. Local trade motor factors could not match anything near their prices. They do kits ie. Full brake kits discs pads. Service kits etc. I needed certain parts from other kits. When I phoned however to sort out parts they didn’t appear to want to spend time over the phone. I do understand most contacts are now vie email etc. They gave me their sales email which I gave them all the details I required. Their response was rapid and gave me links to the other individual parts I need to put in my basket. The items arrived the next day boxed very professionally and secure. I will be using mx5 parts in the future.”

“I have used MX5parts over many years, and have received a consistently excellent service. Recently I had to have two MX5 Mk.2 rear wheel arch panels, for the inevitable rust problem, delivered to France. Usual prompt service, but the packing of the panels was pretty flimsy - a tiny bit of bubble-wrap around the panel ends, in a thin cardboard box. The French Postal Service is brutal, so they arrived with a few 'dings' in the panels. Nonetheless, an excellent company - a bit more padding next time guys!”
