“Ordered some service consumables and a set of carpet mats for my '18 MX-5 RF. Overall really good service, I sent a few emails enquiring about a few different things and the replies were very quick and always answered my questions. Prices seem fair too. Only reason for not 5 stars is - the website mentions most orders are received next day (from dispatch) however that isn't what I experienced. On the grand scheme of things my order didn't take any longer than you would expect an order to take from any other place, however when you set the customers expectations as 'next day delivery from dispatch', anything less than that will disappoint.”

“Was told by local workshops that the battery was unobtainable, obsolete, or would cost over £200. MX5 parts had one here in a few days, normal cost for a battery”

“Thanks for the opptunity to review. Having living in New Zealand, I have found your service to be great. Most items that I have ordered have arrived very quickly, considering I'm on the other side of the world. Your prices are very good, compared to NZ. At present I am waiting for the small order that I placed, but considering the world at the present time, with covid I am amazed that you are still operating. Here in NZ life is normal. We tend to forget the rest of the world. The only thing that effects us is that we can't travel out side our country, apart from Australia and some of the pacific islands. I hope you and your staff are all well, and a short delay in shipping is nothing to worry about. Thank you for your service in the past.”

“They promised delivery to Greece in 5-7 working days. 13 working days have passed and no news. There is no tracking number for the shipment. The orders is still not received but the seller asks for review !!”

“Easy to contact with prompt response from knowledgeable and engaged staff who are willing and able to provide both informed/realistic advice in addition to their sales service, backed up by an efficient order fulfillment process with reassuring communication during its stages and delivery as expected both in UK and France. Overall my experience has been of an organisation which offers a wide range of both original equipment and aftermarket parts at reasonable prices, which under promises and over delivers within its operations and one which many would do well to follow it's example.”
