“The Best shop for MX-5 enthusiasts! awesome customer service and high-quality Mazda original parts you cannot find elsewhere in Europe. Too bad that Brexit happened which resulted in import fees and taxes for EU customers, otherwise I would use it more often.”

“Hi, unfortunately, I have not yet received my item (order n. # 3356311) and I don't know if I'll receive it. I have notified your customer service of a problem with your computer system (or manual intervention, I don't know) which resulted in the filling in the optional form fields of my address that I had never filled in when creating my account, the movement of data from one field to another and the addition of the name of the city of Nice to my address, which I had never put (see attached screenshot) The response of your customer service was that no one of you puts your hands on the customer's account and to contact you again after August 8 if I had not yet received anything. So if you don't solve your problems, please at least give me a refund. Thank you. Best regards, Gian Luca Demarchi”

“Unfortunately my MX5 suffered from power steering hydraulic pipes failure and my local garage couldn't source the necessary spares, despite having my car for over two weeks. I decided to try MX5parts and I am very pleased to say they had all the parts required, which were with me within a couple of days. Thank you MX5parts for the very quick delivery. The mechanic at the garage said that all the correct parts and fittings were supplied, which made the job much easier.”

“Very fast delivery inside the UK. I got shipped to a friend inside the UK. Question regarding delivery outside the UK was a answered but not knowing the size and weight of my order it did not really help. If I did not have this friend option I would probably not have made my purchase”
