“Ordered the service pack but was told oil was out of stock and was told it would be 4 weeks. So I ordered all items separately which was more expensive. Got oil from amazon next day and it was cheaper. Not a great service from you.”

“Dear, Really disappointed... I tried several times to place my order via your online shop and contacted also your helpdesk. The payment via SagePay is impossible... There is no possibility to scroll down the formular and proceed to the last step of the payment via Visa Card. (see screen savings annexed). I tried to explain this by phone to one of your colleague (Richard). According to him, the problem is not at MX5 Parts but with my card or the Company securing the payment... I really have my doubts as the formular and procedure are on your own webpage ! Can your IT have a look, please ? Best Regards, Marc”
