“Would of given 5 stars have it not been for the under paid postage it took about a week before I received a slip from Royal Mail notifying me that the item had underpaid postage had to fork out another £7.40 to receive the item sad as the last two items I ordered came through Parcel Force no problem I also sent an email about the issue still waiting for a reply”

“I was able to find my part that i needed and at a good price which i was very satisfied about and the item was quickly processed to be shipped. But when provided the tracking number and looking it up through royal mail it shows that my item is not eligible for tracking details which is very infuriating especially since my order was an international order.”

“Cannot fault the service and delivery. But the exhaust quality control was below wgat I would expect. The finish and look were great just one problem it did not FIT. The flaired end was not opened up enought to go over the existing exhaust as it is designed to. This lead to a lot of hard work and time wasting to over come the problem marking what shoudl have been an easy fix into a complete nightmare. WE are only talking around 1.00/1.5mm diffrence to but that made all the diffrence. Some quality control on parts would make a lot more happy customers.”

“Very good service - only comment is that although stating that there will be weekly updates for items on order but not in stock, this did not materialise. I had to follow up myself. Also, it wasn't clear that ABS suspension arms would be OK for non-ABS - it would have meant I could have had my items 5 months earlier! However, service to resolve the situation ultimately was very good and efficacious. Thank you”
