“Parts were missing from the order, and when contacting customer services was met with hostility and accusation. Turns out plenty of boxes on the shelves were missing parts then I received a phone call explaining what they had found. This being the first time I have used mx5 parts it's more than likely the last.”

“MX5 Parts UK offers a good range for the MX5 enthusiast. I've bought parts which I couldn't source in Australia. I purchased one item recently which after the event I realized wouldn't fit my Australian vehicle. They canceled the order and provided an immediate refund with no questions asked. That's great customer service.”
