“Ordered as part of the Annual Black Friday Sale. Some items ordered were out of stock but they were due in within an acceptable timeframe. I was emailed to ask if I wanted the in-stock items sent or if I wanted to wait. I decided to get what they had as and when it arrived. When I received the box an item was missing which appeared to have escaped the box in transport. I called MX5 Parts who requested an email and then called me back. The upshot was that Mark arranged for the missing item to be resent and it arrived quickly. So excellent client service from Mark and the MX5 parts team so far and the parts themselves are as described. Hopefully the outstanding parts will arrive on time.”

“Bonjour, le colis est parfait , le silencieux est magnifique, seuls bémols. j'aurai appécié qu'il soit notifié à la commande une information sur les frais de douane pour moi 75€ . De plus deux boulons de fixations auraient été bien nécéssaires. Pas non plus de réponse à ma question à la commande sur le bruit du silencieux. Cordialement. Claude”

The customs chargers incurred are charged locally by the destination country, therefore something that is out of our control unfortunately. “When you are after specific genuine Mazda spare parts, you simply cannot fault the outstanding service provided by MX5 parts Its hard to believe sometimes, that their based on the other side of the country, as their delivery times are remarkable, usually the next day. I also like that they have high-quality accessories, mainly from their German supplier, IL Motorsport, accessories that are not available from any other Uk supplier Their prices for most of their genuine Mazda spare parts are a lot cheaper than those of the main dealers For as long as i own my MX5, i will continue to support the company, just outstanding service.”

“Despite being the other side of the planet in New Zealand, MX5Parts UK is my most used, most dependable supplier of OEM replacement parts for my MX5's and Roadsters. As part of the NZ MX5 national car club, I have recommended these guys to all our club members and many use them with excellent results. The only drawback is often the freight costs - but that's not their fault. I have had the fortune to visit their shop twice while on business. The crew is very friendly and accommodating.”

“trés mécontent, car j'ai commandé des tapis pour ma MX5 ND pour 22 £ + 17 £ de livraison, et a l'arrivée du colis, on me réclame encore 17 £ de douanes en plus ... sans que j'ai été informé..Ìl me semble que c'est l'expéditeur qui doit payer les frais de douanes.. Dans tous les cas, les tapis de sol m'ont donc couté 56 £ au lieu de 22..”

“I didn't buy anything. Order was placed and accepted but after a couple of days I received an email stating the part was not in stock. At least cost was stopped/ refunded without any issue.”
