DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I never received my item, they will not answer the phone, they never return your phones calls or e mail, what a joke this company is. PATHETIC

WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CONTACT YOU OR DELIVER ON TIME I ordered and paid for 55inch tv that said on their website was in stock and avaliable for delivery. The following day according to their website they were out of stock. I e-mailed them on several occasions with no reply. Ended up calling shop and asking to speak with someone who was absolutely no help at all he just kept repeating someone will call me over weekend. I ended up calling shop back and demanding money back after 2 weeks of no communication. Ordered it on amazon and delivered couple days later

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ordered the Sonos Beam as a Christmas present in November on the premise it will be delivered before Xmas. I used Musical images to support smaller companies. They had the same deal as Currys, John Lewis, etc. and had the £100 off Sonos deal. I’ve have tried to contact them 4 times since then with no response or update from Musical Images. On Saturday, I received a refund with no explanation. I have contacted them 2 or 3 times since and still no response. The Sonos deal has no expired with all companies and in order to get the Beam for Christmas I’m now £100 worse off and Musical Images are still offering the Beam on their website at the higher price. I’ve still not received any contact, communication, etc since my initial purchase and they cancelled my order when the price went back to the RRP only days before Xmas . Merry Christmas Musical Images and I hope your customer service and manners improve for 2021.

I have ordered a Sonos Beam on Cyber Monday and paid for it. I received a message letting me know that they are working to get me a delivery date before Christmas. 3 weeks later, three times chasing them on phone and less than a week before Christmas, the answer was that they can not deliver and will refund in 3-5 working days meaning most probably after Christmas. So no present and no money I can buy something else. Really bad customer service to be chased so many times for a delivery date, false information about existing stock, massive disappointment before Christmas. Bottom line they are too small and amateur to deal with. Not worth the trouble with all other similar businesses.

After extensive research I found the perfect TV and as dubious as I was to buying from musical images due to never hearing of them before, I decided to make the purchase late one evening then went to bed a happy man. It wasnt until the next morning I recieved an email saying that the order was cancelled by Musical Images due to security checks for the payment made on "their end" coming back "not ok". Bearing in mind I have never had any issues with payments previously and I had received a text message from my bank confirming I'd made the payment. I questioned this only to be told that I could re-order the TV with an alternative payment method (difficult as they still had hold of my £1800). I asked them if they could hold the TV for me until the money was returned to me, then I would try again (even though there was absolutely no issue with the payment being made my end). Their response was that there was 1 TV left and once it's gone it's gone. I then asked to speak to a manager who in fairness was quick to give me a call, he explained that my money was being held by a 3rd party company and the payment information provided to them did not match what information my bank holds (again everything was as it should be and there were no issues my end at all). He also informed me that the TV was no longer in stock. I truly believe that I was being lied too and there was no issue with security, the TV has since been taken off of their website due to no stock. I have checked other retailers in the mean time and they have also all sold out before I have had the chance to have my £1800 to purchase elsewhere. In the future I will stick to major retailers like John Lewis and Currys. Disgusting.

Ordered a Panasonic TV on 8 December. Was contacted by Musical Images staff who advised me the TV would not be available until after 17 December. I said that's fine. Updated on the 17th and advised my telly would be delivered on 19 December. Great, I said. Was then told a few hours later that they were unable to deliver to my Perth address!! It had taken them 10 days to work that out. The order has to be cancelled. No TV for my family this Christmas. Furious! I will not be using this company again.
